Your merchandise will be shipped as soon as payment is received.  It usually takes 1-2 weeks.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order according to the following schedule:

$200.00 & up              $12.00

All items are packaged in a lovely gift box or pouch

EXCHANGE/REPAIR

K's Kreations wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept exchanges of unworn merchandise in original condition within 14 days from the date of shipping. Minus Shipping Fees &  minus a restocking fee.

This 14 day policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions.

In the event that your items become damaged during normal wear or shipping, we will gladly repair them free of charge within 1 months from the date of shipping. After one month, we will repair your items for a small fee.

To return an item, you will need to first notify us by email of the item you wish to exchange. Please include your invoice number, the item number/name and item quantity. An email acknowledging your return will be sent to you, usually within 24 hours.

We need to receive your returned merchandise within 15 days from the time we respond to your email. This 15 day policy will be strictly enforced. No exceptions.

When sending back the merchandise, please make sure all items are carefully packaged and include a copy of the original receipt. Please insure your package to the full value. We cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. No exchanges can be issued in such an instance.

1. Why am I being directed to Paypal to pay for my order?

Paypal is K's Kreations ordering interface. It is a 100% secure site, and you don't need to have a Paypal account to complete your order. Once you've entered your billing and shipping information on our site, you will be directed to a pre-populated Paypal page.

If you have a Paypal account, please login at the prompt. You can either complete payment using your saved banking information, or enter a credit card if you'd like to pay that way.

If you do not have a Paypal account, please complete your order with a credit card as it directs you.

2. My order is a gift. Can you help?

K's Kreations always packages your order in either a box or pouch so it will be ready to gift. If you would like it wrapped, we can certainly do so. Please just make a note when you are placing your order.

3. How can I be notified of sales?

Simply add your email address to your personal information and email us, When K's Kreations is planning an upcoming sale, you will be the first to hear about it!

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY

K's Kreations -While I take pride in my designs. 
It is natural for silver to tarnish over time.  Your body oils help prevent this tarnishing,use a silver polishing cloth to keep it's shine before you were your Silver Jewelry. 
We carry them at a cost of $2.50 for the small and $5.00 for the large.

For Gemstones and pearls, use a damp cloth (with water) never immerse them in water.
